IN NO EVENT SHALL NATALIE MAL CONSULTING, LLC, ITS PROVIDERS OR OTHER THIRD-PARTIES MENTIONED ON THIS SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO OUR SITE OR CONTENT. In addition, should you purchase a product or service from us and fail to make payment, you will owe the total amount of outstanding payments with interest and any collection fees/costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs.
Termination. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to immediately terminate your use of or access to our Site or Content and revoke your limited license for any reason. REFUND POLICY
If you enroll in one of our monthly plans plans, please note that any discount or introductory prices will only apply to the first term. All plans automatically renew monthly at the regular price using the selected payment method you provide. You can update the payment method or cancel your plan at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at contact@nataliemal.com. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order from you, at any time, for any reason, including without limitation: availability of products and/or services; errors in the product/service description or price; errors in your order; and if we suspect that your order is fraudulent, unauthorized or otherwise an illegal transaction.
